Should I run my air purifier all day, or only when the room is being used?
Continuous operation is strongly recommended. Air quality begins to degrade within minutes of switching a purifier off, as pollutants re-enter or off-gas back into the room. Running KyoAir on its lowest or auto-mode setting throughout the day and night maintains consistently clean air rather than cycling between clean and polluted. At low speed, the power draw is equivalent to or less than a ceiling fan.
How much will running an air purifier add to my monthly electricity bill in India?
Most KyoAir models consume between 30 and 60 watts depending on fan speed. Running continuously on low or auto mode, the typical monthly increase in electricity cost is Rs. 150 to Rs. 250, depending on your city tariff. Using sleep mode overnight keeps consumption at its lowest point without compromising filtration.
Do I need to keep windows and doors closed for the purifier to work properly?
Yes. An air purifier works by filtering the air within a sealed space. When windows or doors are open, outdoor pollutants flow in continuously, making it impossible for the unit to maintain clean air regardless of how powerful it is. Brief openings for ventilation are fine; extended open-window use undermines performance significantly.
How often do I need to replace the filter, and will I know when it is time?
In most Indian cities, a full filter replacement is required every 6 to 12 months, depending on local air quality and usage hours. Each KyoAir unit includes a filter life indicator that tells you precisely when a replacement is due, so there is no need to guess or track manually. Replacement filters are always available directly through the KyoAir website.

What is KyoAir's return policy if I change my mind after purchasing?
KyoAir accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. If your unit arrives damaged or appears defective, you must record a clear unboxing or damage video and email it to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. This is required for us to process a replacement or refund. Claims raised after this window or without supporting video documentation may not be eligible. What does the KyoAir warranty cover, and for how long?
KyoAir units carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty duration is listed on each product page. It does not cover damage from physical mishandling, improper use, or the routine wear of consumable parts such as filters. Warranty claims are handled directly by our support team with minimal back-and-forth.
What do I do if my purifier seems less effective after a few months of use?
Check the filter life indicator first. Reduced performance is most commonly caused by a saturated filter that needs replacement. If the filter is within its service life, contact KyoAir support with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will diagnose the problem and arrange a repair, guided fix, or replacement depending on the situation.

Does KyoAir ship across India, including to tier-2 and tier-3 cities?
Yes. KyoAir ships pan-India, including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 locations, and most serviceable pin codes. Delivery availability for your specific pin code can be confirmed at checkout. Deliveries to remote locations may take additional time beyond the standard window.
How long does delivery take after I place my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Express delivery is available for select cities and can be chosen at the time of order.
Will I receive a GST invoice with my KyoAir order?
Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated automatically and sent to your registered email address upon order confirmation. If you are purchasing for business use and need a specific GSTIN included on the invoice, enter those details at checkout or contact our support team within 24 hours of ordering.
