Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label
  • Instructions will be shared

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share clear photos

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Certain hygiene sensitive items if applicable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different product, return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Typically completed within 7 to 10 business days
